We are the Arizona-based chapter of the COFA Alliance National Network (CANN) movement dedicated to advocating for people from three Pacific Island nations that have a unique treaty with the United States called the Compact of Free Association (COFA). The broader mission of the CANN organization is to seek social and economic justice for COFA residents across the United States.

Our Purpose
The primary mission of CANN and its chapters, including Arizona, is to advocate for the rights of COFA citizens from the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Federated States of Micronesia. The organization focuses on addressing the social and economic injustices faced by these communities, which often lack access to basic support and resources like Medicaid and food stamps.
